This is seductive and silky with layers of citrus, honey, vanilla cream and toasty oak. This single vineyard Chardonnay goes through 100% malolactic fermentation giving it a rich, creamy mouthfeel yet it retains god acidity with a fresh, long finish. Only 600 cases made and we grabbed the last of '05 now that '06 is out.
