Ch. Bonnet 2010 Blanc Brilliant pale yellow color with both green and silver highlights.
A fresh, delicate, elegant nose that is very Sauvignon Blanc. After a light aeration, we find notes of lemon, lemon tarts, white flowers (peach tree, orange tree, white rose) with a touch of flint stone.
The attack is fresh and it evolves on the palate with richness and a good balance. Very fruity, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon, and white fruit with a long finish. Enjoy now until 2013 with fish skewers, salads, and chocolate desserts.
