Deep, rich and really nice complexity. This offers apples notes, citrus, herbs and notes of toasted bread with pretty bubbles. The Sacy family has lived on this estate since 1633 and the vineyrads have existed on this property since 700AD. We are talking old established vines giving quality fruit.
60% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay.
