Shipping & Returns

State legislation prohibits shipping to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee and Utah. Due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We will contact you by email if your order is negatively affected by new shipping regulations. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order.

Legal Age Requirement

WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO A PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. By placing your order, you certify that you are at least 21 year of age and are purchasing alcohol beverages for personal usage only and not for resale. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

 

Carrier and Delivery Times

We ship Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air via FedEx:

• Ground Service - approximately 1-6 business days in transit
• 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
• Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit

Most orders will be processed the day following your online order. We will make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 4 days (not including holidays and weekends) after it has been processed. Depending on your location, your order will be an additional 1-6 business days in transit. If a longer delay is necessary you will be contacted.

We allow products to be returned only if the product is defective. Returns of alcohol products are for store credit only. There are no cash, check or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances.  California Alcohol and Beverage Laws prohibit these types of refunds.
